help guys itchy vagina for about a month following a uti at first as stinging really itchy on corners and folds no patches just dry no yeast infection just alot of stinging when weeing even feelin around bum area but not alot

 

Tried vaseline also thrush cream seperately and hydrocotsine cream which a burning sensation inside nothing is working any ideas or tips had a salt bath which cooled it down for the first time but help any ideas what it can be i do have an overactive throyid too maybe that could be a thing or cause and athritis
