Its a well later from the spotting and I'm feeling weird cramps not period cramps tho

I had sex Jan. 26 and was supposed to have my period the 28th and never did. My period was a week late an I finally had it I think on the 4th of March. It was only for 3-4 days Then stopped completely for one whole day and then the next day I have brown spotting . Its a well later from the spotting and I'm feeling weird cramps not period cramps tho. I'm a mother of one and with him I had my period for1-2 days and then the spotting. Please anything will help.
