its been burning and itching down there and i dont know what to do

I know this is probably something you don't want to hear but, you should talk to your mom about this. It's probably something simple but, no one on here can legitimately tell you whats wrong so that's your best course of action. Talk to your mom, even though it's embarrassing, and if it's still bothering you after a couple of day see a doctor.
