I have had an annoying dull pain in my left side at the  bottom of my rib cage with a gurguling water sound for around 3 years now, I had an altrasound at the time and it showed a large white patch and I was diognosed with pericardium infusion. Well that was ok and was given drugs to rectify the problem it got a bit better but not really fixed the problem.  A year or two later I had an altra sound for a totally different problem and area and the other day I was going through my altrasounds and came across a letter to say I was diagnosed wrong and I don't have pericardium infusion. Now Im worried as the pain never went away and the water gurgling sound is still there. What the hell have I got. Because it has been such a long time now I'm not to worried but my god what could it be.
