ive had this feeling of sumthink stuck in my throat,it makes me cough all the time and sumtimes i be sick,it is also painfull at times and hapends more when iam hot or lying down,the feeling is also itchy too,it moves from 1 side of my throat to the other and sumtimes its both sides,ive been like this for about a yr now ,been on antibiotics cough meds ,throat sprays,also been the hospital to the E.N.T department and had a camera down there,they said they cant see nothink rong ,its starting to anoy me now and make me depressed,can any 1 tell me what it could be,,,thanks,,

This is may be due to throat infection,its better to consult a doctor for necessary precautions.

been on 2 corses of antibiotics an still not cured it,first lot was for a week then 10 days the second,thats when I went back my doctors and he sent me to the ent :(

Honestly, it would be a really long post if I were to mention everything, but here's a quick explanation.
I contracted a 'breathing illness' in 2002 that lasted years (undiagnosed), with all kinds of symptoms, especially coughing and difficulty breathing. It was ruining my life; causing projectile vomiting with coffee grounds (mostly acid, not food), nausea, chronic fatigue, diarrhoea, stomach pain/cramps, joint and muscle pain, gastroperesis, anxiety, depression, difficulty sleeping, etc, etc, there were so many life destroying symptoms. Since then I've always felt that something sharp was stuck in my throat, causing all kinds of serious problems and discomfort. But I became 'used' to it. The doctors did not do the advised ENT investigations and tests. I was in hospital for a week in December 2004 after having trouble breathing, and was diagnosed with supraglottitis, a streptococcal infection.
I finally projectile vomited up something lodged in my throat on the morning of New Years Eve' 2021. I didn't check in the sink to see what it was because I was so tired. Although it felt 'good' and 'different', I thought nothing of it. The problem had been there for so long, I thought, 'that can't have fixed it'. I heard it hit the sink, and I think it was like an abscess, cist, or scar tissue with something dark-coloured in the middle of it.
For the last two weeks now I can definitely say I am getting better, and my body, stomach, throat, etc, and symptoms are improving. Especially those terrible headaches, nausea and shaking when I need to go to the toilet. I thank God for this, because it became hell on earth. So ill all the time, unable to work, plan, or really do much at all.
Please, please, if you have any of these problems, you must insist your doctor actions the correct investigations to see if there is anything stuck in your throat. It felt like there was something sharp stuck below the adams apple, at the back of the throat, or in the oesophagus. I don't know if it was an abscess, cist, scar tissue, ulcer, or a tick or something had cocooned itself there.
I don't want to worry anyone, only to help. If you have these problems your probably at the end of your tether anyway. I really do understand. It is awful.
I hope this information might be helpful to anyone who is suffering from these awful symptoms and illnesses.
You must get your doctor to refer you for an endoscopy, a barium swallow, and/or other ENT investigations.
For me, there was definitely something there stuck in my throat.
