Early in 2010.at the age of 66, l woke up with a severe uncontrollable stutter, yet l had not stuttered in my life before!, l had undergone severe stress and bullying until it ended 13 month's before hand and had undergone a peaceful 13 months before this incident during which time l acquired a lovely little companion pet , and realised the joy of my lovely friends who care about me. But l did experience a severe bowel infection and problems of bullying by malicious gossiping neighbours just prior to the onset of the stutter. l had an MRI which did not show any abnormalities. I had 6 month's speech therapy which helped me to slow down my syllables when l speak but really l cannot control the stutter at all if l am tired or faced with a new task, l am fine with people and friends because l love interacting with strangers and friends alike and l have a very active mind always on the look out to learn new things and subjects, yet l cannot cope with paperwork any more. I would be so grateful for any kindly knowledgible advice.Kindest Regards.
