L3 compression fracture 3 yrs ago (no surgery needed) still painful. Walking causes my entire pelvic girdle to burn and feel like it's collapsing. Legs get weaker and weaker until I absolutely have to stop from burning pain after about half a block. Stomach protrudes. I do back stretching exercies and yoga but don't seem to be getting any better. Any suggestions? I'm feeling much older than my 57 years because my lower back is so limiting.
