along with having frenulum tear i have small lacerations in the inside of my penis foreskin and it also hurts when i have erection and pull on foreskin before and during intercourse. i have had it for a month now and it doesnt heal..

You might try using some Hydrocortisone cream on it. If it doesn't heal in a few days you should see a doctor.
