I'm in great need of help!!! I need some info on how I can stop leaking sperm when i am just sitting next to her. I have cloths on and so does she ,but i am still worried about getting her pregnant when I don't do anything and when i clean it off and wash my hands i am afraid to even touch her(hug) or anything else that she comes in contact with. It sounds like what you are describing is pre cum because you are so sexually excited... There is very little risk of pregnancy from pre cum at all...but in your situation it would have to travel from your penis, through your underwear, your pants, her pants and her underwear THEN make it into her vagina, where a sperm would have to meet up with her egg...etc. That sequence is VERY unlikely to occur.
There is no way to stop pre cum really if you are getting that turned on around her. One suggestion - masturbate before you see her...that will calm that feeling down for you a little bit. good luck - but I don't think you have to worry!
