Hi,
I'm 33 years old and in a profession where i'v to sit for the entire day...physical activity is very less...around 6 months before i had a severe stiff neck and a doctor suggested me to get MRI done...after checking the reports, he said that there is a nerve getting pressed in my spine..i did some physiotherapy sessions and some exercise for a while and i recovered...but later my left arm/upper thigh has started getting numb and there is a continuous pain in the left side of the body...strength is equal in both body sides...suggest that is surgery the only option or i have alternatives like physiotherapy/some special exercises etc....
