I'm 20 and will be 21 soon and my left but started hurting like 2 days ago right after i slept over at my friends house and im not sure whats causing it or what to really do I don't think its from masturbating because i tried that when i got home that night thinking it was that since i haven't done it in a while but it still hurts. I wear briefs should i try boxers or something. i do a lot of walking due to working retail and i can hardly walk. i don't feel any bumps on it bc i checked that as well and i really don't want to go to the er..... your testicular pain could be caused from a number of things. first have you been hit in or injured your testicles in any way latly? are you a virgin? if not it could be an std causing orchitis or epididimitis. is your testicle swollen? and do you have any other symptomes like swollen lymphnodes or a fevdr?

no i have not been hit not an std due to last time i had sex used protection and was about a month ago and i don't think that its swollen and no fever

ok its been a few days, how is your testicle feeling? any better or worse? you mentioned the last time you had sex it was protected however stds can take a while to manifest. have you ever had unprotected sex of any type? if so when was the last time?

With it being a week you really should see your doctor.
Putting an ice pack on your testicle should help with the pain.
With it being more than a week and it's still hurting and bruised you should see your doctor just to make sure everything is ok.
