For the last three months, the left side of my side and abdomen has been extremely painful. Because I am on pain meds for two severe chronic pain syndromes, I suffer from constipation. About ten days ago, I tried Milk of Magnesia, had no cramping, then ate lots of fruits and vegetables. I had a bout of explosive diarrhea, and now whenever I eat, the stool is very soft, but the left side is getting more painful. Should I contact a doctor right away? I also suffer from Fibromyalgia which affects connective tissue, so I don't know what's going on, but it's so painful. like never before.

Any ideas? They will be appreciated. :-(

ok well I definitely think you should see a doctor, because that could be an alergic reaction to the medication you're taking. I can't really think of anything else it could be but I do know even just a simple allergic reaction to medication can be dangerous.
If you know it's not an allergic reaction go see the doctor anyway. it may just pay off.

P.S.
i'm no expert so this is only my oppinion. feel free to get a second... or even a third.
