hi , i feel that my left testicle is smaller than my right and it is mushy from the top and when i see it in the mirror i feel that it is splitted,, is it norma ??

Is it really smaller or does it simply appear that way (thinking too much)? The "mushy" feeling may be varicocele veins. "A varicocele is an enlargement of the veins in the scrotum. Although there is no way to prevent a varicocele, it usually needs no special treatment." It does feel wierd, but does not hurt. My left nut has them, my right one does not, nor do either hurt. This is what you may be feeling. If there was no traumatic event to your groin or any associated pain, I would not worry. If it is something that still bothers you to think about, then a copay & cough may be in order.
