On the 31/12/1999 I was taken into hospital due to an ectopic which ended with surgery and my left tube removed. A year later  I was blessed with a healthy baby girl and 5 and a half years after that a healthy boy. I am very greatful for my children. Years after my relationship  broke down and I have now found a wonderful man (the love of my life) I would like to give children. Unfortunately I have recently suffered another ectopic in my last tube but was fortunate enough to be able to have methoxtrate treatment to save the tube. Has anyone gone on to have a healthy pregnancy after these circumstances? With one tube that has already suffered trauma. We would have to pay for IVF and the thought of not being able to give my hubby a baby wrecks me with guilt.

I had 3 healthy pregnancies then an ectopic in august 2011 in my right tube that unfortunately burst and needing emergency surgery and I lost my right tube. I got pregnant again in january 2012 which also ended in an ectopic in my left tube but was treated with two doses of methotrexate. I just recently found out I was pregnant again and I was very afraid but this one is normal and where its supposed to be!!!! I am so excited and thankful it finally happened. So yes there is hope after 2 ectopics! Good luck!
