I was reading that the average life expectancy for Americans is around 80 years of age now. Being a Canadian, I was wondering if the life expectancy is the same for Canadians? Or are there any differences in the life expectancy of Americans and Canadians? Please solve this mystery for me!

I just looked it up for you, and I am not really surprised to say that the life expectancy is almost exactly the same for Canadians as it is for Americans. At 80.6, Candians live the same amount of time as their southern neighbours. The standard of living is similar, but Canada DOES have a better healthcare system, but that does not seem to affect life expectancy at all.
