little white spots on upper lip

Last night I noticed white spots on my upper lip. They dont itch or burn and i can only see them when i stretch my lip out. My doctor diagnosed me with Lyme disease last month , and i dont know if that has anything to do with the white spots

I have had very weird symptoms:
Headaches
Chest Pain
Stiff Neck
Joint Pain
Diarrhea
Hard time Swallowing
Warm feeling in my legs
Muscle Twitching
