I've been reading over some sites trying to find a good 8K (5 miles) running plan. I think I found a good one. Has lots of rest since I know I'm pushing my boundries right now. Just looking for some opions from the more experienced guys.
Thanks for the help.

I'm hoping to use the same ration to make it all the way up to 16K or 10 miles. I'll probably have to vary it some since my body will adapt. Right now 2 miles is feeling like distance to me.

Like I said it's a good plan for the distance. Once you get a good mileage base, you can improve on your speed with some speedwork, hills etc.
Oh and good luck!
