Hello, I have just delivered a beautiful baby girl and even though I am very happy now, I am still a bit concerned because I have gained a lot of weight during pregnancy. I guess it is because I had to spend a lot of time in the bed to ensure the baby’s safety. So, I guess I need some tips for loosing weight after pregnancy.

Well, you should not overdo it now. The organism is still under the stress because of the pregnancy and delivery. Some light exercises and a lot of walking would do your good, also regulating your diet will help. Try avoiding the medications, especially if you are breastfeeding, you don’t want any strange chemicals in your milk.
