Hi, I would like to know something more about the exercises and some side effects that might produce. I have been loosing weight for the past three months (due to everyday workout) and I really feel great. But I have a problem. My period had to start four days ago and I don’t have any of the usual symptoms. Could it be that because of the exercises I am missing a period?

Well, it might be a reaction of your organism to the intensive workout program, and if that truly is the case, perhaps you should think about slowing the pace a bit. On the other hand, there are numerous reasons for the period to be late or missing. And the thing is, it is late, but it might happen in the next couple of days. If not, maybe you should consult your doctor about it.
