Hi, guys. I have been having trouble with my double chin. Sometimes, I think it is huge. How could I get rid of it? Should I lose it with exercises? If there are ones, can you recommend me any? I wouldn’t like to go for plastic surgery since I am against it. I would appreciate all your replies.

I would recommend going to the gym and doing back exercises with weights as this is the 2nd largest muscle group in the body and targets more of the chin area! Hope this helps!! Good luck
