Call me vein, but I am really very unhappy about the hundreds of pounds that I just piled on after become pregnant. Two kids and four years later, you can imagine what I look like! I know it is my own fault, but I am trying to make up for it now by getting back in shape. Is that really possible. Can I lose my belly and get back to my pre pregnancy weight and shape? How?

I am copy and pasting this at this point. It is pretty simple to lose weight. Exercise a tiny bit more, eat a tiny bit less, drink more water, and sleep enough. Make sure to get proper nutrition though. Look up scooby1961 on youtube for some good weight loss and bodybuilding videos. Good luck. :D
