I am looking for new ways to lose weight, and losing a good amount of weight in one week and for free would be wonderful. I'd like to join a gym but we are watching the money as well as the weight so I am afraid that is not an option right now. What do you think I can do to lose some weight quickly?

There are plenty of exercises that you can do in your own home without any equipment at all, or with the help of some inexpensive equipment like some basic barbells. If you are interested in finding some workout videos for free, try YouTube! There are lots, that all last around 10 minutes. If you find a couple you like, you can put together a whole work out program of your own, and all for free!
