Can anyone provide me with good links about belly fat, what foods make you gain fat on the belly, and what the best way is to start losing belly fat? I know about all those diets that make you lose weight really quickly, but I don't think a fad diet is what I need right now. I'd like to learn more about long term weight loss. I can tell you how to lose weight or how  your belly fat will reduce. Diet and exercise both can help you in this matter. Early morning drink lemon water. Do some ab's exercise too.
