Hi. I'm 18, and am currently what medics class as underweight. I'm joining the military soon so I need to bulk up. I've tried the protein shakes and stuff, but to no avail!.
I do eat meals regularly, it's just I often get bored half way through them or something. Another note is i'm a very slow eater (not sure if this has anything to do with anything).
I'm thinking it's my metabolism that's too fast? Who knows.

have u tried rest after meals and sleep right after dinner?

yea i do, I put on weight for a bit. then suddenly out of nowhere, give it half an hour or so I lose some weight. which is worrying - fast metabolism? :[
