I'm 21 year old male. 5'8" 120lbs (slightly underweight).
I've been suffering from GI problems almost a year now. Also suffer from slight muscle tremors during movement only. Recently (in the last few weeks of getting off a low dose of tricyclic antidepressant to treat the stomach pain) I've been feeling a constant dizziness. Not quite vertigo, but not super lightheaded either. Also I've been feeling tired. I thought maybe this was from stopping the drug but I wasn't sure.
My primary care doctor thinks I suffer from anxiety/depression that could be causing this but had me get some blood work done to calm my nerves. I just received a copy of it myself today and I'm awaiting a call back from the doctor, and I've noticed my total white blood cell count is below the normal range (it's 3400/uL) however the differential values for each white blood cell type fall within the reference range they provided. The only one that looks sketchy is the neutrophil count. It's low but still in the normal range. What does this mean if all the white blood cells are in the normal range but the total is below normal?
I don't really exercise much but I'm not sure if this would be a factor. I've heard exercise helps immunity and strenuousness exercise decreases it. Would that suggest lack of activity decreases immunity by a decrease in WBCs?
I'm also worried this might suggest some type of autoimmune problem or cancer, considering my other symptoms. I'm wondering what my doc will say about this. It may be just a fluke too but I'll probably need to get blood work done again to make sure.
The only other thing that popped up abnormal on the lab sheet was my albumin/globulin ratio. It was 2.2 (slightly high) but both albumin and globulin individually were within normal range (globulin being on the lower end). I really don't want my mind to start racing about this but I fear it already has, especially given my tiredness.

I'm a 22 year old male. 5'6" 114lbs
I have been feeling very tired and fatigued. I had some X-Rays done on my back for lower back pain and the receptionist registering me asked for my e-mail optionally so I could view online medical records. Well i went and took a look saw some low numbers, then brought it to my doctor's attention. I had some more blood tests done and sure enough I ended up with Anemia, Neutropenia, and Lymphocytosis. I just had recent blood tests done and noticed now my WBC is only dropping significantly and other problems all within a 6-12 month time frame when I was overly healthy before. Now my WBC dropped from 4.3 x (1000 units) to 3.4 (3400 units). Also some strange reason all of my hair is dying and falling out fast. I feel very sick have been referred to a Oncologist that specializes in hematology. He told me not to worry but said if things get worse he will do a bone marrow biopsy to be safe, but he told me he doubts I will need one, Now I need more advanced blood tests done with another urine screen. At first two of my providers were concerned but i lost one of them and the other one changed his mind, they even had an E.R. doctor look at them and he said it wasn't a good outlook, my Oncologist flat out said he specializes in hematology and not oncology and is very vague and doesn't like questions. I have been having bad pains under my ribs, very sick when waking up in the A.M. and before going to bed in P.M.. Now I sleep more than awake, feels harder to breathe like I'm not getting enough oxygen, my skin is very pale. I lost 45-50 pounds last year for no reason about 1.5-2.0 lbs a day. It is hard to explain this to family and have them not feel like I am just trying to be lazy, or picked up a bad sleep schedule/habit. I am not depressed in the slightest or anxious. Going to get the other tests done soon and may consider making another appointment, and possibly get a second opinion. I know something's not right when I can sleep for 16+ hours or even 2-3 days straight and it feels like one night of rest. Seems like a huge loss of proportion of time and is effecting my family life. I wouldn't dare to ask what would happen if I was on my own. I would probably sleep too much and loose way too much more weight, and contact with family would probably become more distant. All I can say is I can relate to you both, best of luck for you both!

My doctor told me my wbc was low at 9.2. But what I've read it's not that low. Is there anything to worry about? My test reads white blood cell count 9.2, under units reads x10e3/uL.
