yesterday i noticed a lump in my public area well above my clitorial hood. its an internal lump between the folds of skin of my labia the size of a pea and causes :'( no pain until i apply pressure to it. just wondering if it could be and inflamed gland, cyst or if its something more serious. Would be grateful for any help.
