Hi I'm 19 and I've been educated about testicular cancer from a young age. Around 4 or so years ago, I felt a really small lump in my testicle and worried that it might have been a testicular cancer, but due to financial problems, I couldn't get it checked. And I forgot about it soon and stopped caring. But recently I noticed that the exact same lump got bigger to a size of about a grain of rice. The lump feels rather hard and it's discomforting when I touch it with my hands but not much of a discomfort if I just leave it alone. Do you think it could be a testicular cancer? Or something else?

Thanks for any input.

probably a inflammation of the epididymis, take a bunch of anti-biotic and should have some results.

But don't take my words for it, always check with a doctor.
