I've recently discovered a tube like lump on the inside of my vagina. I have no idea as to what it could be? It's goes from one wall to the other and I can't (without a struggle) get my fingers past is. It's about 8cms in and goes horizontally across from one side to the other. I don't know wether I should be worried or not but it defiantly doesn't feel right. I'm a really nervous and anxious person and I don't know if I'd be able to tell anybody I actually know. Help?! :/
