Hi, i have a lump in my throat. It's been there for 2 years and everytime i been to docs they say its swollen glangs. I went again the other day and they sent me for some blood tests yesterday. But, i am quite scared as it has been there for 2 years and is quite large. Does anyone have any information for me on what it could be?

I don't know what it could be, but if the blood tests come back normal and you find yourself still not getting the help you need, I suggest you go see a homeopath or naturopath, especially one that specializes in biomeridian medicine. It's worth a shot to see what's going on with you. Look one up in your area.

I discovered a small flesh-colored lump on the back wall of my throat too. It doesn't hurt, but it makes it feel like there's a pill or something stuck in my throat. It's directly behind my uvula, and my right tonsil is very very slightly swollen (it's hardly noticeable) and there's a lymph node on my neck that's also slightly swollen. The thing at the back of my throat is maybe half the size of a dime, and maybe sticks out 1/4 of an inch or so.

Been to the GP twice and he doesn't think it is anything, he gave me antibiotics for a week, but that did nothing. It's not painful, it's just annoying and worrysome. I'm 18, never smoked anything, never used tobacco products, and I rarely ever drink.

The week before I noticed it, I had just got done getting over the flu (5 days of a straight fever, runny nose, etc.) Everyone in my house was sick.

What would cause something so strange?
