Hello to you all! I am hoping that this is the right place for a question about a lump I have on my mouth. I am suspecting it is a cyst, and I have already read that these need to be drained. Is that urgent? I have no dental insurance yet but I want to get some, so I am hoping that it can wait a few months.

Wow, I wouldn't wait for ages and ages with that. For one, you don't even know for sure that it is a cyst, and it could be something much more dangerous and also it must be quite painful! If you have no other choice, do go to the ER and they will help you there! If it is something requiring long term treatment, dental insurance would be good though.
