Please help me with some advice. I have a lump on the nape of my neck that moves around under my skin. I haven't actually seen the lump for myself, because it is a weird angle to look at yourself in the mirror like that, but my wife says you can see it with a bit of effort. Apart from that, it is easily to FEEL the lump underneath the skin. So what could this be?

Of course it is impossible for me to say such a thing with total certainty, but my personal suspicion is that the lump you have on your neck is something called a lipoma. While this is technically a tumour, it is not something you need to be worried about and doctors almost always leave these in place.
