I have always had a lot of back problems, including conditions that needed physiotherapy. Now, I found this lump on the middle of my back. It is something that can't been seen, but you can definitely feel it. What could this be? Do I need to be worried? Please reply!

If it is situated just underneath the skin, and it's smallish and soft and squashy, it is most probably a lipoma. This is a tumor of fat cells, and I don't think it is dangerous but you probably want to get rid of it just to be on the safe side, or if it starts to grow and look horrible. The best doctor to see about this would probably be a dermatologist.
