I hope your problem has been resolved, it looks like this was posted quite a while back. I’m commenting because my husband is experiencing something very similar now and I’m looking for help as he doesn’t want to go to the doctor. I have found something that may be possible, a spermacele??

Yo, so I was railing this chick like she owed me money for a solid 30 mins. I jack hammered her in missionary like a cruise ship in a tsunami. Just throttling her. At one point my foot was in her face for leverage. Now I have some sort of weird hardness on my penis shaft. Wtf.

I also have this same problem and I have had it for over a year now. At first I couldn't abstain from sex and masterbation. The urge was too great. Now however the pain has forced me to stop almost all together. I fear this vein or lymphangiosclerosis or whatever it is will never heal. The longest I have been able to abstain is a little over a month but on average is about two weeks. I have been to a few urologists and no one seems to have any definitive answers. I have read conflicting ideas on sex and masterbation. Some say abstain some say don't bother. Since this thing has started I have become extremely depressed because it has quite literally removed my ability to show love to my wife. Sure I can buy flowers etc but as men we all know sex is our truest way of showing our love and affection. I don't know what to do anymore and to be honest if it weren't for my son I would probably commit suicide over this. The pain both physical and mental have become almost unbearable.

I have had sclerosing lymphangitis for five weeks now. It appeared a day after I had rough sex with my girlfriend. First it was just like a hard guitar string vein starting from the base of my penis and going all the way up to coronal sulcus. After a week the thing got worse - in addition, I developed a hard circular vein on coronal sulcus and it hasn't changed since then. The widest part of the circular vein is 1 cm in width, but it varies from 2 mm to 1 cm. I went to see a doctor after two weeks and he had never seen anything like this, and described me antibiotics on a hunch. I have never been a huge fan of antibiotics and I haven't started the antibiotics yet as the research I have done of this condition says they won't help.

I would really appreciate any helpful information from people who have been cured. I have read that this condition could last even months, and the more time goes by the more I stress in case this disease won't heal by itself.

THIS IS FOR EVERYONE WITH A LUMP IN THE PENIS WHO FOUND THIS PAGE VIA GOOGLE. NO YOU DO NOT HAVE PEYRONIE'S DISEASE. THIS IS JUST A HEMATOMA AND IT'S NORMAL YOU DON'T REMEMBER WHEN YOU HURT YOURSELF. IT WILL RESORB WITH TIME AND IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT FASTER JUST TAKE SOME ANTIOXIDANT SUPPLEMENTS (VITAMIN E, C, SELENIUM).

I was so worried before going to see a urologist. Peyronie's disease is rare and appears only after 50. Penis hematoma (wounds) however can happen and its calcification leads to a lump, or the feeling of having something strong piercing through your penis. With time, the calcification resorbs and your erections won't hurt anymore and you won't have the lump in the penis. Thank you and stop googling your symptoms.
