Lump on the upper wall of my privates

Hello, I have found a lump on the top wall of my vagina (nearer to my stomach than my bum) it's big I have to fit my whole finger in to feel it and I can't even feel it all because it's to big! It's way more to the right side than the left! Is this cancer?! Does every women have this or is it just me? Please help me I am worry so much?! Please help?! By the way I'm 13
