hello. im a 20 year old male and ive noticed on the inside of my thigh as far up as you can go theres some lumpish thing, and it has two little dark areas, its not a pimple or anything, and its reddish around it..and it feels like theres a quarter under my skin..i was wondering if you new what it might be
