We in our family try to eat healthy, so I decided we through out meat from our nutrition and cut down on other animal products, but we do eat fish. So, we have been vegetarians for quite some time, and now it happens to me that I can’t think of what to make for snacks for my children to take to school, or between breakfast and lunch on weekends. So, I was wondering if any of you could help me with some fresh ideas. Thanks!!!

Hi! I know what you mean, I have the same problem sometimes. I often make these sandwiches, a bean/cream cheese/tofu spread. I usually take garbanzos in the ratios 2-1-1. They are quite easy and quick to made. I hope they enjoy them!!!!
