I have the exact symptoms as you. I feel a sensation of head pressure, between my ears as if I’m underwater, numbness and tingling through my toes, racing heart, sometimes shaking . I can’t sleep, I’m terrified . It happens all day long and when trying to sleep. No one can tell me what’s wrong

I was taken to hospital with my heart ''dancing'' irregularly. I was given some Beta Blocker drugs and felt instantly better. However clever Dr's who thought I may need a stent, were not happy and I was kept in for tests. After almost a week and still not knowing, I was sent to a heart specialist hospital where further tests revealed My heart was sound but I had thickening of the left ventricle. The electric impulses were not getting through. They gave me a procedure called an Ablation where the thickness is burned away. Done awake by inserting wires into veins via the leg into the thickening. If I had not had this I may have not been here now. I do get numbness quite often, so am assuming it is caused by nerves in my body, because as soon as I get up from my bed the numbness goes. It may be wise anybody with fibrillations to get this checked out.
