I have been active in fitness for almost three years now. I always feel every energetic and in a good moos for hard exercises. But, lately I started feeling some pain in my shoulders and upper back. What could be the reason for that? My friends at aerobic classes are convincing me to go to a massage therapy. Would that help fix my condition?

It would actually. I had the same problem several months ago. I strained my back muscles during training in such a manner that I could not even lift my arms above my head. But massage therapy did wonders for me. I was back in action in no time. But I still go to my massage therapist. Just in case something bad happens.
