Stay away from the heat, tingle, or other lubes with certain effects for now. Wait until your penis has completely healed and gets away from the raw feeling.
Maybe just take a bit of a break for now until your penis feels better, but by no means stop. Its ok to "play", masterbate with yourself....almost everyone does!
