Hey alanto when you get this shakes feeling does it seem to be worse if you don't ejaculate or masturbate for a while or if you are really aroused and take longer to masturbate? What does the pain in your penis feel like and what does your semen look like? Did you notice any. Blood or anything in your semen? Are you sexually active?

As for your pain. Have you injured the tip of your penis at all or got soap into it? Do you ever squeeze the tip of your penis to prevent semen from coming out ? Have you ever stuck anything in the tip of your penis or masturbated rough without lube?
