Me and my husband think I'm pregnant..however today I started bleeding and there were cramps but they were moderate and not anywere as bad as my cramps are. I was suppose to start Oct 7 and didnt, ever since then I've felt nauseas, tired all the time, upper abdominal pain and its tender to touch, frequent urination, emotional, my appetite has changed when it comes to some foods I can eat one day n then the next I cnt, heartburn syptomtoms but it dnt burn n my throat. My question tho is is this implant bleeding if its dark red like my period I've looked it up and some says its normal but I need a diff opinion on It

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for two years now but no luck. This month I had a few spots of blood 6 days before my period was due. Today my period is supposed to start but nothing... I already took two pregnancy tests(one today and one three days ago), but both were negative. It is so hard broken every time the tests shows a negative. Normally my period are very regular(28 days). What could this mean??
