I am women in menopause and since it started I have nothing but problems. At the moment I am mostly worried about thick yellow vaginal discharge I’ve been having in last four days. I don’t think that is STD, because I only been with my husband… long ago. What I should do about it. Did anyone experience thick yellow vaginal discharge during menopause?

Thick yellow vaginal discharge can be a signal of inoculation with human papilloma virus or other viruses. Vaginal creams are very helpful here to prevent the reoccurrence of infection and aid in treatment and cranberry juice and yogurt are helpful. Other noninfectious possible causes include inflammation of the vagina, which usually occurs following menopause atrophic vaginitis, diabetes, which is commonly associated with recurrent yeast infections or irritation from scented products like soaps, douches, pads or tampons.
