Have you tried taking a pregnancy test? I know you said you started bleeding but some women do bleed if they are pregnant. You could have a possible toxic shock syndrome going on. It can cause headaches, cramping, bleeding, back pains, chills, fever, and stomach pains. Sometimes the Mirena can become infected, causing a vaginal infection which can cause all the symptoms you described. I had to have mine taken out because i was getting BV every 3 months and didn't know why. I just knew that i never had it before the IUD was put in so i had it taken out and low and behold it was the IUD causing the infection. You should schedule an appointment with your Health care provider or a Gyno.
