:-) I have been on this pineapple fat melter product for almost 2 weeks and i have lost 9lbs. It seems to be working for me, im not having any bad problems with it. I just hope I keep losing weight. I dont eat as much on it. I take 2 pills in the morning 30min before breakfast and thats it for the day.

:D It's me again, I have been on the pills for 4 Days and have lost 6lbs. I drink lots of water and I did some research on enzymes. I know that the advertisement says you don't have to do anything different, but let's get real! Everyone's body is different. So, I hope this will help.

Advice on Taking Enzymes

When taking enzyme supplements, remember to

· drink water with your food, as enzymes are only active when water is present.

· One also needs to chew one's food well because the digestive enzyme cellulase is trapped inside the fiber itself and must be liberated in the chewing process—otherwise, one experiences the gas and bloating.

· Eat plenty of fresh raw fruits and vegetables to maximize your enzyme intake.

· Raw seeds or raw nuts contain enzyme inhibitors which will neutralize some of the enzymes your body produces. In fact, eating foods with enzyme inhibitors causes a swelling of the pancreas. All nuts and seeds contain these inhibitors. Raw peanuts, for example, contain an especially large amount. Raw wheat germ is also one of the worst offenders. In addition, all peas, beans and lentils contain some. Potatoes also have enzyme inhibitors (concentrated in the eyes of the potato). In eggs the inhibitor is contained mainly in the egg white. There are two ways to destroy enzyme inhibitors. The first is cooking; however, this also destroys the enzymes in Veg. The second way, which is preferable, is soaking, rinsing and germinating or sprouting. This destroys the enzyme inhibitors and also increases the enzyme content from a factor of 3 to 6. Taking extra enzymes is the third way to neutralize the enzyme inhibitors in ungerminated or unsprouted seeds and nuts.

· Fermentation also removes the enzyme inhibitors and it has other benefits too. Fermentation neutralizes unhealthy chemicals found in grains and beans. Second, it adds a host of beneficial micro-organisms to food, making them more digestible and increasing the healthy flora in our intestinal tracts. Grains and beans all contain an acid, myoinositol-hexa, or phytic acid. Phytic acid blocks the absorption of calcium, phosphorus, iron and zinc. A diet high in unfermented whole grains can lead to mineral deficiencies and bone loss. Fermenting grains and beans before eating them neutralizes phytic acid. It also neutralizes enzyme inhibitors and breaks down gluten, sugars, and other difficult to digest elements in grains and beans. The simplest way to lacto-ferment grains and beans is by adding whey and water, and letting them stand for at least seven hours. Beans should ideally stand for twelve hours or more. Yogurt can be added instead of whey, which is a by-product of cheese-making and is commercially available as a powder (sold in health food stores).

· Kefir, a special culture used in the fermentation of milk that adds a lot of enzymes in the process. It is very easy to make kefired milk and it is very healthy! It also is a way of making excellent whey for fermenting your grains and cooked veggies.

· Salt is an indirect enzyme inhibitor, so use it sparingly.

I am so excited! I am adding to the people who are losing weight with this product. I started taking this product 4 days ago and have lost 6lbs. so far!!! :o I did some research, okay lots of research on this product, before ordering it. Okay, the main ingredient in this is Bromelain (A digestive enzyme) So, I did research on this enzyme, and it is used to break down protein. The only thing that I do from this following list is drink more water and NO nuts. I already was staying away from most carbs(potatoes, being the worst then white bread) Anyways, I hope this helps. I will keep you posted on my progress. :D

ok So I have been on these pills since 9-22. I have to admit I haven't taken 2 every day...sometimes only one...it is hard for me to take something 30 mins before eating...who knows when I will want to eat...

I started with the scale saying 136.6
today it says 133.8

That is before eating anything or drinking anything.

So it seems to be working..my scale is a new digital one less than 6 months old. So hopefully all is going well and these are working.

Will keep taking them till my month supply is gone and will keep you updated.

Yesterday was a week for me on these pills :-) I have dropped another 2 and a half pounds, that makes it 6 and half pounds for the week. I'll keep you posted, wish you all the best.

I've been taking this product for six days now, and I haven't lost anything yet. any suggestions? I've been taking two pills thirty minutes to one hour before breakfast. :'(

Yes, I have a suggestion. You should take 2 pills before your 2 biggest meals. Breakfast should be your biggest meal. I have been watching the biggest loser, and I really like Bob, he seems to know what he is talking about the most. He suggested to his team that you have carbs in the morning, and protiens for the rest of the day. This is sort of like the Summersize program (Suzan Summers). I really don't know if these pills are working. It may be combination of all i'm doing that is helping me lose weight. I have lost 12lbs. so far, and I have only been taking pills for 10 days. This is what I do: Morning: glass of water and 2 pills,
wait half an hour have a bowl of all bran cereal (with rice dream vanilla, it actually tastes good.) or oatmeal (cinnamon and raisons, I add my own NO sugar) Then lunch: I like to have breakfast sometimes, like, turkey bacon & eggs. I also have a glass of V-8. I sometimes have tuna with onions and celery and Mayo. mixed in a bowl and a slice of cheese(nothing processed) or whatever I feel like just NO carbs. Oh, I forgot to tell you that I walk on the treadmill for an hour about half an hour after breakfast. I then homeschool my son, then I have lunch. Anyways, for supper I have come up with plenty of ideas. For instance, when my family is having speghetti, I have the sauce on sliced zuchinni. I do the zuchinni up in a pan with butter and seasoning(it actually tastes quite good) If you Positively can't skip the pasta, then make up your own sauce, with spices and veg. I like to put in mushrooms too. I like too add sauces to my veggies (cheese is one of my favorites) You know,the more I type the more I think that maybe the pills aren't the main reason that I am losing weight. But, it maybe helping so, I'm going to finish them anyways. I also have at least 10 glasses of water (8oz. glasses) a day, sometimes more. Are you drinking lots of water? You should also drink water with your meal, as enzymes don't work well without water. The main ingredient in these pills is Bromelien, which is an enzyme that help break up protien. It is also been used to reduce swelling. Did you know that everyone has the same amount of fat cells, and that large people have enlarged fat cells. Bromelien is used to reduce fat cells NOT get rid of them. Water helps the enzyme work. If I were you, I would try it for one more week having increased my water intake. Then if by chance it doesn't work for you, get a refund. I have read about many people getting a refund. I put a message on here earlier that talks about enzymes, maybe you are having something in your daily routine that is conflicting with the enzyme.

I started on the Pineapple Super Fat-Melter Tabs 3 weeks ago. Sadly I've not dropped much in weight (only a couple of pounds). However, I measured myself a month ago and again today to compare- wow! I have lost 1/4 inch in my torso, arms, thighs and across my breast; and 1/2 inch in my waist, belly, hips and across my butt.

I'm 43 now and losing weight has gotten alitte harder. I relocated to a new state and now drive an hour to work and home, plus put in 8-10 hrs daily, I was in an accident two months so there's not alot af time to exercise and when I do have time I usually hurt too much to start. So I turned to these tabs for some hope.

I'm not stuck on the weight issue, muscle does weight more than fat so as long as I'm sleek and toned I really don't care what I weigh. So far these tabs seem to working- I will keep trying them.

The Chromium and caffeines give you energy and help you eat less (which I've experienced) the Bromelain is used to rid inflamation (I already take it as instructed by my Chiropractor) so the key definately seems to be in the UN-ripe pineapple.

I'll look forward to hearing your successes.

I recieved this packet in the mail too. Wow do they make this product sound great.
I am skeptical for many reasons, here are several. 1. They do not have a website where you can find out more info. 2. They do not list the ingredients in the product. 3. If scientists discovered a fat burning pill, it would be all over the news and Oprah to name a few.

I have to assume that the enzyme they are referring to is bromelain, which although it does have many good qualities, is not a fat burner. Here's more info on bromelain.

There is no magic pill for fat or weight loss.
Ladies if I were you I would invest my money in a healthier diet and getting more exercise. I know it's not the easy way or necessarily the fun way, but it works. Best of luck to you all!

:) I agree with this person. I have lost 12lbs, then the pounds coming off, seems to have come to a stand still. I have however noticed that my clothes are fitting better and rolls are shrinking...I'm assuming that these pills are still working even though it doesn't show on the scale at the moment. I will continue with the pills and give you an update when and if the scale starts showing me dropping numbers :)
