I had an accident in July 2003 and had my neck injured. I had microdiskectomy c6-7. Now, 2 years later my neck still hurts and I still feel soreness. My doctor says this is normal and I should be ok in a while. I am posting this just to share my experience. Is anybody here who has experienced something similar? What do you think about chiropractic?

I have some soreness too from time to time. There is some hand treatment, like massaging, cold and warm towels on neck. Most of all, rest now it is important to rest and not feeling you can do things that you physically can’t and shouldn’t. Also, if massaging, be very, very gentle and forget about chiro for a while…
