Hi, I am practicing body building for some time already and I have some questions about food I take. I like milk very much but I see that many body builders don't take it. I would like to know if it is all right to drink milk or not? Thank you very much.

Hi, reason why body builders don't take milk is not in the milk but other food which supplies you with more proteins and less fat. Milk is good because of vitamin D, but it hasn't many proteins so body builders are using other sources of proteins. However you need to use low fat milk.
