Hi guys i am kinda into body building
I was previously obese but i have changed drastically and now i am thinking of body building

As you guys may know beef is a very rich source of proteins (even more than chicken) but it is not so popular among body builders because of the high fat content.

Ok so my question is if i manually remove those yellow fat lumps from the meat and then cook and eat it, would it still have fats ?

Does Fats have any relation with testosterone production rate in our body ?
