Ok, I miscarried over a month ago and I was having pains after my miscarriage that were different than the pains during my mc. I miscarried on Sept 3. I went to the hospital the first week in October and my hcg level was at 250...my breasts are really sore again (which went away after my mc) and I'm really tired and just feel weird. Is it possible that I'm pregnant again..?!?

How long were you pregnant? It can take the hCG levels some time to drop down. A better way to know if you are pregnant would be to take another test. If it goes up, you're pregnant, if it goes down, you're not.
A home test would show pregnant with that level.
You need a second quantitative (with the numbers) test done (blood) to determine what is happening.
