they are likely sebaceous cysts. they are harmless but may become inflames and infected and then hurt. they can be suurgically removed if they are infected or painful, but the only hope is to use a heating pad or take a warm salt water sitz bath 2x a day for 10 days and hope that may draw the substance out. (bath needs to be as hot as you can tolerate, and you want sea salt, or kosher salt, not iodized.

Well I have something like what all of you are saying. Tiny bumps on the inside of my lips. They are very itchy I found something that looks like the same thing on the inside of my thigh, however considering that my thigh is drier than my vagina, these bumps are different.
