hi,this morning i noticed some damp patches on my daughters vest and again when i got her changed for bed tonight ther was even more,i was wondering if anyone could give me a reason for my 5 year old daughters breasts to be leaking,should i be concerned and take her to the doctor??

You might want to run this past her pediatrician. Sometimes it can happen from hormones but there can also be underlying causes. Some drugs may cause this as well as certain medical conditions such as hypothyroidism.
